CONSCIOUS SOMA FLOW
Connect to the power of movement. An all-body activation to inhabit more sensations. This practice will get you in tune with your breath and open up energy to flow more naturally throughout your body. This is a class that will make you work, but will leave you feeling relaxed.

GROUNDING FLOW
Flow through a creative and grounding sequence, that will challenge you throughout the practice to keep your breath and movement in unison. Connect to your feet, pamper them and find an energy that is rooted. This class will also focus on a little play with gravity and balance!

TWISTING INTO CENTER
This 50-minute flow class will focus on the art and technique of spinal twists. The intention is to go into various postures that safely set you up for twists while we maintain stability. This is so that you can experience the benefits of detoxing and clarifying which are prone when doing rotational movements of the torso.

RELAX AND RELEASE
This class is candle lit, which creates a relaxing space for the sequence. This practice focuses on releasing the upper back, neck and shoulders. The pace is slow, but deep, allowing you to reset your energy, leaving you feeling spacious and rejuvenated. A wholesome, and restorative class suited for all levels.

Somatic yoga emphasizes embodied awareness, sensory perception, and mindful movement. Instead of focusing on external poses, it explores internal sensations to release tension, reduce stress, improve mobility, and enhance vitality. Sumérgete en una práctica restaurativa a la luz de las velas, un espacio de calma y nutrición para tu cuerpo y tu bebé. Together, these sessions provide a supportive and adaptable way to stay active, connected and centered throughout pregnancy.
