Offered in Spanish, our Prenatal Yoga supports your journey through pregnancy by promoting relaxation, strength, and flexibility. This series includes a gentle ball and chair session to enhance stability and ease, a restorative candlelight practice for deep relaxation and connection, and a flexibility and strength-focused episode. Together, these sessions provide a supportive and adaptable way to stay active, connected and centered throughout pregnancy.
This yoga series includes both somatic practice (offered in English) and a prenatal practice with two pranayamas (offered in Spanish) to support relaxation, strength, and embodied awareness.
